034. No one sleeps anymore.

It's just a waste of time. I'm going to be a hypocrite and hit the sheets as soooon as I'm done here.

Not much to say. Uhmmm....Dane Cook was amaaaazing last night. That dude is super funny. Kelly, Candice, and I had a fantastic time hanging out and I'm glad I went. Thanks for the Christmas present Kel...I loved it!!!

I got home around midnight last night and had to wake up at 4 for work. No ones doing that. I kind of felt like walking around Martinez in the rain today and knocking on each person's door just to beg them not to hit up the gym at 5. Never fails...I pull up and theres a line around the corner. They all watch me open the doors like little vultures. I mean...with that kind of line you'd expect some free giveaway. Sorry folks...I'm not free...and I have nothing for you except fancy gym equiptment, music, and mirrors. Oh...thats what you enjoy? Have at you crazy folk...no ones going to the gym at 5.

Today it was my last day of film and oceanography classes for the semester. It was great. Our oceanography teacher told us the three main things we should have gotten out of the entire class. It is about fish. They use their whole life getting food, not being food, and getting mates. Hm..if I would have known all that I'm sure I wouldnt have shown up for 6 months of lecture. It all makes sense though. If you really think about it, that's what human life is all about too. We are all about getting food. Food meaning money, cars, houses, bills, jobs. Anything and everything that is valued. The only difference there is that fish dont have a zillion things they value...just a handful...or a gillful if you will. The next thing is not being food. We as humans use this tactic as well. We dont want to be left behind, eaten up in this cold world. We need to keep up and keep away from the bad. Inevitably it will come to an end someday and we will be the food of the world. It will swallow us whole. Not for a long time though sooo dont worry...however we do spend a lot of our days worrying about how to keep ourselves out of trouble. Lastly is finding a mate. Thats self explanitory and...exactly like the fish. Just keep swimming.
