Summer has arrived. Today was my first day of summer school. Remind me again why I'm doing this? Its not a bad class though. It's music lit. It's all about the rise of R&B music as it made its way across europe originating from African culture. It trails through blues, gospel, and even rock as its changed and...not changed throughout history. Its pretty dope. If you know me...you know I'm all about good music so this should be an interesting three weeks.
I've been trying to enjoy my time off before work starts in 2 weeks. I am ready for it to get going though. I'm itching to get back into a pool and have it truly feel like summer.
Sooooo I'm starting a group. Not a band. A group. Very different. Yes. Three people in it so far. Aaaaand...we will be making tracks in the next few weeks. You heard it here first. Like Ryan Leslie said..."they try and put me in a box; its impossible."
Sure is...catch it.
