I'm now officially in the process of my last week of being a full time student at DVC. Next week is finals. And this summer I'm only taking 3 classes which is only 9 units. I never thought this is how it would all end up. Keep reminding me to write a blog about change...or something like it from 2 years ago until now. Last year at Sonoma State I never pictured myself at DVC completing the rest of my GE. However...here I am...DVC...haha.
Okayyyy...nuff about that.
I've been listening to some different stuff lately. Some music with no words and some music from the 90's. Its crazy how soo much change has happened in the backdrops of songs. Listening to a 90s song is pretty easy to pick out from all the rest. As is 80s music and 70s and so on back in line. All the music now sounds exactly the same. Talkboxing in every rap song, sampling from old tracks..old old tracks...and collabos between different rap artists and R&B singers. Weezy is now everybodys favorite man. Not too sure how that came about. Thats besides the point. I'll stick to my old school 90s, voiceless, and acoustic songs that I've picked up in secret places. Enjoy the week.

you and your music! you pull this stuff out of the corners, dust it off and present it to all, to share! =] if there's a song on those playlists that i don't know, i look it up, just to see what it's all about. and much more than half the time, it's something i like. =}
